- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I believe that it all depends on whom you are seeing. My primary care physician is wonderful! Her nurse is terrific and they are very caring and attentive and willing to listen to everything I have to say or ask. I find that if you respect their time, they respect yours. I come in with specific complaints or questions about my condition. I ask questions about the treatment recommended if I a m concerned. The problem may be with the primary care physician you have. I do find the administrative staff very lax of late. Some are always attentive and handle things immediately. I have no problem with one or two of them but leaving messages is a problem and getting things through the voice messaging system never works for me. It is always better to press the button to speak to a nurse. This is a walk in center as well and you are going to have other issues if you are a walk in patient since the attending will not know your history or know your manner. It is that way anywhere. They are there just to take care of you immediate problem, just like an ER. You will find that you will be taken care of and asked to check back with your own physician. What more could you expect? I love this facility because I love my primary care physician. That is what matters most.May 31, 2017by A Google User
